1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tayaevo platform available at tayaevo.co (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tayaevo ("tayaevo", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To create a tayaevo account and participate in real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of gameplay.
• You must not be a person prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR directive.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of tayaevo or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

tayaevo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account's history to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in suspension of account access or withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active tayaevo account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identity information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your tayaevo account, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful registration information, including your legal full name, date of birth, and valid Philippine contact details.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify tayaevo immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any registered details change.

tayaevo accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. tayaevo shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password security.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the tayaevo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits may be made through the following approved payment channels:

• GCash and Maya / PayMaya (instant processing)
• GrabPay and QR Ph-enabled payment apps
• Major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank (subject to standard bank processing times)
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash-in network

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. tayaevo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits are applied to your tayaevo account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt. tayaevo does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

tayaevo implements Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Deposits that trigger AML review thresholds may be subject to additional verification before being credited. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with PAGCOR's AML requirements.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the withdrawal section of your tayaevo account dashboard. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposit by the account holder, or to an account verified as belonging to the same registered user.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. tayaevo may request KYC documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) before processing any withdrawal.
• If an active bonus is attached to your account balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-related portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment channel. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• tayaevo reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, AML concerns, or unresolved identity verification issues are present.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tayaevo offers various promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. tayaevo reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit, or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.
• tayaevo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on tayaevo are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics audited for fairness.

By participating in any game on tayaevo, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by tayaevo or any third party.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, all affected game rounds will be void and stakes returned to the relevant accounts.
• tayaevo is not responsible for losses resulting from network connectivity issues on the player's end during an active game session.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface prior to wagering.
• Participation in games is at the player's own risk and discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayaevo platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal play.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in games or the Platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or deliberately disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity in contravention of Philippine law.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing promotional restrictions or account limitations.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a self-excluded player.

9. Responsible Gaming

tayaevo is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic session time reminders to help you track time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from all tayaevo services through the Responsible Gaming section of your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary break from the Platform (24 hours to 6 weeks) can be activated without permanent account closure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tayaevo platform — including but not limited to the tayaevo brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tayaevo or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or materials from the Platform without prior written authorisation from tayaevo.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayaevo's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tayaevo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from circumstances outside tayaevo's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions;
• Consequences of a player's own decisions, including wagering decisions made during gameplay.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

tayaevo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tayaevo has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Continued operation of the account would expose tayaevo to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at tayaevo's sole discretion. Where termination is not due to user fault, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder through an appropriate payment channel.

13. Amendments

tayaevo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the tayaevo Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The operation of the tayaevo Platform is subject to the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction, or to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution procedures where applicable.
